Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProporcionar um atendimento personalizado, buscando entender as necessidades de cada cliente e oferecer uma excelente experiência de compra;Atuar com foco no atingimento das metas individuais e da loja, acompanhando os principais indicadores de vendas;Criar e fortalecer o relacionamento com os clientes, realizando também atendimento e contato pelos canais digitais da loja;Garantir a organização e o padrão da seção sob sua responsabilidade;Apoiar os processos operacionais da loja, incluindo reposição, passadoria, colocação de alarmes e conferência de preços;Realizar os processos de entrada e saída de mercadorias e contribuir com os inventários da loja;Apoiar e finalizar operações de caixa, quando necessário;Contribuir para a organização e manutenção dos padrões de apresentação da loja;Realizar a abertura ou o fechamento da loja, de acordo com a necessidade da operação;Acompanhar os canais internos de comunicação, incluindo rádio e e-mail da loja;Cumprir as rotinas e atividades previstas no checklist operacional, garantindo que os padrões e procedimentos da marca sejam seguidos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência mínima de 1 ano com vendas, preferencialmente no varejo de moda;Conhecimento da dinâmica e rotina do varejo;Familiaridade com indicadores de vendas e desempenho;Facilidade com ferramentas e canais digitais;Orientação para metas e resultados.Comunicação clara e cordial;Agilidade e proatividade;Empatia e escuta ativa;Resiliência diante dos desafios e da rotina comercial;Facilidade para criar conexão e relacionamento com diferentes perfis de clientes;Comprometimento e trabalho em equipe.
