Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspectar grandes contas corporativas e gerar novas oportunidades para o pipeline;Conduzir vendas consultivas complexas, da abertura da conta à assinatura do contrato;Desenvolver abordagens comerciais personalizadas utilizando estratégias de Account-Based Marketing (ABM);Negociar valores e condições comerciais respeitando as políticas de margem da empresa;Acompanhar a implantação até o Go-Live, garantindo alinhamento entre venda e entrega;Expandir as contas por meio de cross-sell, renovação, ampliação de contratos e reativação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Tecnologia, Gestão ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência consolidada em vendas B2B enterprise, com tickets relevantes, receita recorrente e ciclos longos;

Histórico comprovado de abertura de novas contas e acesso direto a decisores;

Experiência com vendas consultivas orientadas por diagnóstico, dados e provas;

Familiaridade com produtos técnicos e interlocução com áreas de TI, Produto e Integração;

Domínio de ferramentas de análise de dados, prospecção e pesquisa de empresas;

Experiência prática com inteligência artificial aplicada a atividades comerciais e analíticas;

Inglês intermediário para leitura e interpretação;

Domínio da gestão de CRM, pipeline e forecast;

Disponibilidade para viagens.

Diferenciais ⭐

Pós-graduação em Gestão ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência nos mercados de comunicação ou iGaming;

Vivência com CPaaS, mensageria, telecomunicações, antifraude ou infraestrutura digital;

Experiência com soluções de custos variáveis;

Rede de relacionamento com grandes empresas;

Conhecimento em Power BI, Apollo ou Lusha;

Experiência com inteligência comercial e estratégias de ABM.

Informações adicionais 🤝 Contratação: PJ 🏢 Modelo de trabalho: 100% presencial, na região de Vila da Serra, em Nova Lima/MG 🕗 Horário: segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h 📈 Remuneração variável: comissionamento de 0,5% a 1% sobre o recorrente 💳 Ajuda de custo: R$ 70 por dia, disponibilizados no Cartão Caju 🌴 Descanso: 30 dias após 12 meses de contrato, com possibilidade de divisão em até três períodos ✈️ Viagens: é necessário ter disponibilidade para viagens.
