Loja de móveis planejados localizada no bairro de Perdizes, em São Paulo, busca Vendedor para atuar no atendimento consultivo aos clientes, entendendo necessidades, apresentando soluções em móveis planejados e acompanhando o processo comercial até o fechamento da venda.

Responsabilidades

Realizar atendimento presencial, digital ou telefônico para venda de móveis planejados ou modulares, presencialmente e/ou por canais digitais com foco em relacionamento e conversão. Identificar necessidades, preferências e orçamento do cliente para propor soluções personalizadas. Apresentar o portfólio de produtos, diferenciais e possibilidades de projeto. Realizar negociações e conduzir o processo de vendas até o fechamento Manter relacionamento com clientes para fortalecimento da experiência e fidelização. Apoiar a organização da loja e o alinhamento com a equipe interna, quando necessário.

Buscamos uma pessoa comunicativa, consultiva, com perfil comercial e foco em resultados, capaz de construir confiança com o cliente e conduzir negociações com clareza e empatia.

Experiência com vendas consultivas, preferencialmente em varejo, móveis planejados, decoração, arquitetura ou segmentos relacionados. Disponibilidade de trabalho aos sábados pela manhã. Conhecimento de técnicas de atendimento e negociação. Capacidade de entender necessidades do cliente e transformar demandas em oportunidades de venda. Habilidades para acompanhamento de leads, propostas e negociações. Familiaridade com ferramentas básicas de controle comercial - CRM, cadastro de clientes e acompanhamento de propostas.

Requisitos comportamentais

Excelente comunicação verbal e escuta ativa. Perfil proativo, persuasivo e orientado a metas. Postura consultiva e foco na experiência do cliente. Empatia, paciência e habilidade para lidar com diferentes perfis de clientes. Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com os demais setores da loja.
