Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a venda de veículos das marcas Chevrolet, Volkswagen, Nissan e Kia, atuando com foco na qualidade do atendimento e na experiência do cliente;Acompanhar todo o processo de venda, incluindo liberação e conferência da documentação do cliente, acompanhamento de pendências, processos de veículos em troca, controle de chaves e entrega dos veículos;Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes por telefone, trabalhando leads e identificando oportunidades de vendas;Realizar atendimento presencial de clientes provenientes de leads, prospecção ativa e fluxo de loja (porta);Identificar o perfil e potencial de compra dos clientes, direcionando a abordagem e as soluções de acordo com suas necessidades;Realizar negociação direta com os clientes, buscando as melhores soluções comerciais e oferecendo produtos e serviços adicionais;Desenvolver estratégias para otimização do tempo e aumento da produtividade, priorizando oportunidades e acompanhando o funil de vendas;Trabalhar de forma alinhada às metas e objetivos individuais e da equipe, contribuindo para os resultados da loja;Manter o foco na satisfação, fidelização e experiência do cliente durante todas as etapas da jornada de compra.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Conhecimento em Pacote Office em nível básico a intermediário;Noções de informática e facilidade com sistemas;Experiência anterior com vendas, preferencialmente no varejo;Boa capacidade de negociação e argumentação comercial; Boa comunicação e habilidade para atendimento ao cliente;
