Venha fazer parte da equipe do Grupo Herval!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar ligações, contatos e visitas aos clientes apresentando e oferecendo produtos, projetos e/ou serviços, prestando informações e mantendo relacionamento com clientes, assegurando a fidelização destes;Realizar prospecção de novos clientes e ações de ativação e gestão da carteira de clientes, mantendo-a atualizada em CRM através de contato periódico, objetivando buscar novas oportunidades e demandas de negócio;Diagnosticar necessidades dos clientes e propor soluções comerciais;Elaborar propostas comerciais e projetos customizados de acordo com o diagnóstico realizado;Realizar negociações e executar venda de produtos e soluções aos clientes, com finalidade de atingir as metas propostas pela empresa;Atuar com foco nas vendas externas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Experiência com vendas externas;Conhecimentos em técnicas de venda e negociação.SERÁ CONSIDERADO UM DIFERENCIAL:Ensino Superior em andamento ou completo em Gestão Comercial, Administração ou afins;Conhecimentos em produtos e serviços de construção, EPI's, ferramentas, móveis e outros;Experiência com vendas consultivas à Pessoa Jurídica.Informações adicionaisO QUE OFERECEMOS:Remuneração variável (comissão);Vale Refeição/Alimentação;Veículo da empresa para locomoção;Descontos por meio da Associação de Funcionários;Ambulatório com atendimento médico, psicólogo, dentista, fisioterapeuta e nutricionista.Ambiente Colaborativo.*O Grupo Herval busca valorizar a diversidade e está aberto a receber pessoas com quaisquer deficiências, etnia, gênero, orientação sexual, geração e diferentes mindsets.
