Será responsável por prospectar e desenvolver clientes, realizar atendimento e negociação comercial, elaborar propostas, acompanhar o funil de vendas e atuar no fechamento de negócios. Foco em metas, resultados, relacionamento com clientes e geração de novas oportunidades, garantindo o acompanhamento da venda até a conclusão.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o primeiro contato com leads recebidos por canais como WhatsApp, telefone, e-mail e formulários do site; Qualificar oportunidades de acordo com os critérios e estratégias da empresa; Pesquisar informações sobre empresas e potenciais clientes para compreender seu porte, segmento e potencial comercial; Identificar necessidades e oportunidades de negócio durante o processo de qualificação; Direcionar os leads qualificados para as áreas responsáveis, garantindo assertividade no encaminhamento; Realizar follow-ups e acompanhar a evolução das oportunidades comerciais; Agendar reuniões, apresentações e pitches para o time comercial; Alimentar e manter o CRM atualizado com informações completas e estratégicas; Apoiar a organização e gestão do funil de vendas; Garantir que todas as informações necessárias estejam registradas para o andamento das negociações; Apoiar ações comerciais e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de prospecção e qualificação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em andamento ou completo em Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais, Negócios Internacionais, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Também serão considerados profissionais com formação em Arquitetura ou Engenharia Civil que possuam perfil comercial e interesse em desenvolvimento de negócios; Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; Facilidade com tecnologia, ferramentas digitais e Inteligência Artificial; Conhecimento em CRM, sendo Salesforce um diferencial; Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office; Perfil comercial, organizado e analítico; Facilidade para realizar pesquisas e qualificação de clientes; Experiência com atendimento, pré-vendas, SDR, BDR ou atividades comerciais será considerada um diferencial; Capacidade de atuar com metas, follow-ups e gestão de demandas simultâneas.
