Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesContatar clientes inativos para identificar oportunidades de reativação.Trabalhar leads cadastrados buscando gerar a primeira compra.Acompanhar clientes visitados pelos vendedores externos e retomar contatos.Estimular recompra e recorrência na carteira atendida.Identificar demandas, negociar pedidos e encaminhar oportunidades.Registrar contatos, oportunidades e próximos passos no CRM.

Requisitos e qualificações✅ ObrigatóriosEnsino superior completo.Experiência anterior em vendas B2B e negociação com clientes.Mínimo de 2 anos com gestão de carteira e acompanhamento comercial.Experiência com follow-up e condução de oportunidades.Vivência com uso de CRM para registro e acompanhamento do funil.Conhecimento básico de Excel.⭐ DiferenciaisExperiência em distribuidoras de peças para bicicletas, autopeças ou motopeças.Vivência com vendas consultivas ou produtos de maior complexidade técnica.Familiaridade com a dinâmica de rotas e visitas de vendedores externos.
