Atuar no atendimento comercial interno para pequenos clientes e contas de baixa complexidade do portfólio DDGS, realizando captação, processamento e acompanhamento de pedidos, garantindo agilidade, assertividade e cumprimento de SLA, suportando diretamente o time de Vendas Externas, contribuindo para a organização comercial, recompras, follow-up e gestão do ciclo curto de vendas, atuando de forma remota, com foco tático-operacional, sem necessidade de visitas externas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCapturar, registrar e acompanhar pedidos de pequenos clientes, garantindo execução rápida, precisa e conforme políticas comerciais;Realizar atendimento ativo e reativo via telefone, e-mail, WhatsApp e CRM;Monitorar a jornada do pedido: cadastro, crédito, programação logística, embarque e entrega;Atuar na manutenção da carteira de clientes de baixo valor agregado, garantindo frequência de recompra e giro contínuo;Recuperar clientes inativos, realizar follow-up sistemático e identificar oportunidades de pequenas vendas;Organizar informações, relatórios de carteira, pendências e indicadores para apoiar decisões do time externo;Qualificar leads simples para repasse ao Supervisor quando se tratar de oportunidades estratégicas ou clientes de maior porte;Atualizar CRM com informações de contatos, oportunidades e andamento dos pedidos;Auxiliar nos processos administrativos do ciclo de vendas: crédito, cobrança, documentação e compliance básico;Monitorar SLA de atendimento e propor melhorias operacionais quando necessário;Construir relacionamento remoto de qualidade, com comunicação clara, objetiva e orientação à solução;Garantir a satisfação do cliente no ciclo curto, prevenindo retrabalho e falhas no atendimento;Monitorar demandas recorrentes, padrões de compra e sazonalidades da operação DDGS;Elaborar relatórios simples e dashboards operacionais (volume, pedidos concluídos, recompras, SLA);Atuar em conformidade com políticas comerciais, diretrizes internas, normas de qualidade e segurança das operações. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo.
