Positivar cotações convertendo contatos em serviços vendidos, atendendo e negociando fretes com o cliente por telefone, e-mail ou outras formas de contato, bem como acompanhar a carteira de clientes sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo a fidelização da carteira de clientes, observando a política comercial e os procedimentos e manuais da empresa para garantir a efetivação das negociações realizadas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar negociações, convertendo contatos em serviços vendidos, através do levantamento de necessidades para tabela de frete ou cotações, atendendo e negociando fretes com o cliente por telefone, e-mail ou outras formas de contato, observando a política comercial, os procedimentos e manuais da empresa para garantir a efetivação das negociações realizadas; Conferir cotações realizadas do dia anterior para verificar se foi efetuado o embarque conforme negociado, identificando as não embarcadas a fim de fechar a negociação; Realizar contato ativo com os clientes de prospecção, de manutenção ou mesmo inativos, ou ainda os que possuem histórico de queda em seu faturamento com o objetivo de aumentar os embarques junto a empresa; Acompanhar o faturamento das propostas comerciais, através de relatórios de valores de fretes embarcados pelo cliente, para identificar se a mesma está de acordo com as negociações realizadas, identificando possíveis rupturas de carteira, visando o cumprimento das metas da unidade e a sustentabilidade do negócio; Atender demandas comerciais relacionadas à sua regional, oriundas dos canais de comunicação da empresa com os clientes; Prestar informações aos clientes sobre regiões de atendimento, previsão de horários de coleta e entrega, perfil de mercadorias, volumetria, pesos e a precificação dos serviços da empresa; Participar de reuniões semanais de alinhamento do setor comercial para tratativa dos indicadores relacionados ao comercial e para elaboração de plano de ação para atingimento dos resultados; Atender e respeitar procedimentos padrões e de segurança do trabalho na empresa e nos estabelecimentos terceiros (clientes).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Experiência em atividades de Atendimento ao Cliente ou áreas afins.
