A empresa trabalha com um amplo mix de produtos e aproximadamente 60 fornecedores, oferecendo soluções para panificação, confeitaria, alimentos congelados, refrigerados e outras categorias.Com uma operação voltada para agilidade, qualidade e relacionamento próximo com os clientes, a Imperial Bakery busca fortalecer ainda mais sua área comercial e ampliar sua atuação por meio de um novo núcleo de vendas internas.

Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência em vendas internas, atendimento B2B, negociação e vendas consultivas, que tenha foco em resultados e interesse em construir relacionamentos de longo prazo com os clientes.Se você é comunicativo(a), organizado(a), gosta de vendas e busca uma oportunidade para crescer junto com uma empresa em expansão, essa vaga é para você!

Responsabilidades e atribuições 🚀 No dia a dia, você irá:

🎯 Atingir as metas de vendas estabelecidas.📞 Realizar atendimento ativo e receptivo aos clientes.🔎 Prospectar novos clientes e identificar oportunidades de negócio.🤝 Administrar e desenvolver a carteira de clientes.💼 Realizar vendas consultivas, negociações e propostas comerciais.📈 Ampliar o mix de produtos e o ticket médio das vendas.

Requisitos e qualificações ✅ Obrigatórios

Ensino Médio completo.Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em vendas internas, atendimento B2B, vendas consultivas e negociação.Experiência com leitura e interpretação de indicadores comerciais.Conhecimento prático de execução de loja e trade marketing.Familiaridade com PDV, pequeno varejo, food service e canal tradicional.Conhecimento de sistemas de pedidos, CRM, ERP, roteirizadores e ferramentas de comunicação.Pacote Office e matemática comercial.

⭐ Diferenciais

Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.Noções de funil de vendas, pós-venda e relacionamento com clientes.Noções de Excel e interpretação de relatórios de desempenho.Experiência no segmento alimentício ou de panificação.
