Suas principais responsabilidades e atribuições incluem:Atendimento e VendasReceber e abordar ativamente os clientes com simpatia e energia, criando conexão e entendimento de suas necessidades.Realizar vendas consultivas, apresentando produtos de forma personalizada e promovendo experiências marcantes.Incentivar o aumento do ticket médio por meio de sugestões de combinações, promoções e novidades.Apresentar e cadastrar clientes no programa de fidelidade KopClub, estimulando engajamento e recorrência.Operar o caixa com responsabilidade, registrando vendas via dinheiro, cartão e Pix.Organização e Operação de LojaManter a loja organizada e convidativa: vitrine, balcão, copa, estoque e equipamentos em perfeito padrão Kopenhagen.Zelar pela limpeza das áreas de atendimento e copa, seguindo normas da Vigilância Sanitária.Controlar validade, reposição e organização dos produtos, utilizando planilhas e etiquetas para registro.Participar das rotinas de abertura e fechamento de loja, incluindo conferência de valores e relatórios de caixa.Operação de CafeteriaPreparar cafés, milkshakes, sobremesas e demais itens de cafeteria conforme padrão da marca.Apoiar na montagem de pedidos, cuidando da apresentação e da qualidade em cada entrega.Garantir agilidade e cordialidade no atendimento durante o consumo em loja.Resultado e ExperiênciaAtuar com foco em metas de vendas, experiência do cliente e excelência no atendimento.Antecipar necessidades, propor soluções e assegurar que cada cliente saia da loja encantado.Contribuir para uma operação fluida, colaborativa e de alta performance.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos um profissional que se identifique com nosso propósito e tenha as seguintes qualificações:Organizacionais: Disciplina que nos fortalece, Segurança em cada atitude, Gratidão que nos conecta, Vibração que inspira.Habilidades Técnicas: Boa comunicação verbal, postura profissional e simpatia genuína no atendimento, criando conexões verdadeiras com cada cliente.Habilidades Comportamentais: Dinâmico, engajado e preparado para o ritmo de operação de shopping, mantendo disciplina e foco em resultados.Conhecimentos: Interesse em aprender técnicas de vendas consultivas e em contribuir para o crescimento do time.
