Venha fazer parte de uma operação estratégica em uma das maiores empresas de alimentos do mundo!Estamos em busca de um(a) Vendedor com forte capacidade de liderança, visão comercial e foco em resultados para atuar nas regiões de Uberaba - MG.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar vendas de produtos no segmento e canal de atuação, assegurando o alcance das metas estabelecidas.Executar rotas de visitas previamente definidas, garantindo cobertura eficiente da carteira de clientes.Realizar o atendimento pré e pós-venda, fortalecendo o relacionamento e promovendo a fidelização dos clientes.Gerenciar a carteira de clientes, identificando oportunidades de crescimento e rentabilidade.Trabalhar a positivação de clientes, ampliação do mix de produtos e aumento do volume de compras.Monitorar indicadores comerciais como rentabilidade, quantidade de itens por cliente, itens obrigatórios e volume médio de compra.Garantir a frequência de compras dos clientes conforme planejamento semanal, quinzenal ou mensal.Prospectar oportunidades de negócio e desenvolver parcerias estratégicas junto aos clientes.Acompanhar o mercado e a concorrência para identificar oportunidades de expansão das vendas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo (Ensino Superior será considerado um diferencial).Residir preferencialmente em Uberaba/MG ou região.Possuir CNH ativa e veículo próprio para realização das atividades externas.Disponibilidade para viagens e deslocamentos frequentes.Habilidade de negociação, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Experiência prévia na área comercial, vendas externas ou gestão de carteira de clientes.Conhecimento do Pacote Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint).Perfil proativo, orientado para resultados e com foco no atendimento ao cliente.Informações adicionaisInformações adicionais: Salário compatível com o mercado.RV.Ajuda de custo para despesas de deslocamento.Vale-refeição .Assistência médica.Assistência odontológica.Seguro de vida.Programa de treinamentos e desenvolvimento profissional.Oportunidade de crescimento e desenvolvimento de carreira.Ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e focado em resultados.
