Aqui, valorizamos o trabalho em equipe, o compromisso com resultados, o foco no cliente e o desenvolvimento contínuo das pessoas.Como Vendedor(a), você terá um papel fundamental na experiência dos nossos clientes, contribuindo diretamente para o alcance dos resultados da loja e para a construção de relações de confiança.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo dia a dia, você será responsável por:Realizar o atendimento aos clientes, identificando suas necessidades e oferecendo soluções adequadas;Apresentar produtos, condições comerciais e serviços disponíveis;Realizar vendas e acompanhar negociações, buscando proporcionar uma experiência positiva ao cliente;Contribuir para o alcance das metas e indicadores comerciais da loja;Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre produtos, campanhas, ofertas e condições de pagamento;Organizar e acompanhar a exposição dos produtos no ponto de venda;Apoiar na organização e conservação do setor;Desenvolver relacionamento com os clientes, contribuindo para sua fidelização;Trabalhar em parceria com a equipe, contribuindo para um ambiente colaborativo e orientado a resultados;Seguir os processos, políticas e padrões de atendimento estabelecidos pela empresa.Experiência desejada: experiência anterior com vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou atividades comerciais será considerada um diferencial.
