Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVivenciar e disseminar a cultura da Zenir (Missão, Propósito e Valores);

Preparar relatórios, formulários ou planilhas, conforme solicitações;

Prestar orientações para colaboradores e clientes sobre assuntos da área;

Participar ativamente das reuniões e compromissos da empresa, quando solicitado;

Propor melhorias nas rotinas operacionais do setor;

Executar demais atividades correlatas ao cargo, segundo necessidades da área e direcionamento do gestor;

Manter-se atualizado com relação às práticas de sua área de atuação, por meio de leituras, pesquisas e participação em treinamentos, visando desenvolver suas atividades em alinhamento com as tendências de mercado;

 Atender clientes de forma receptiva por telefone e canais digitais, identificando suas necessidades e orientando quanto à melhor opção de compra;

Sanar dúvidas, apresentar produtos e serviços, informar condições comerciais e conduzir o atendimento até a conclusão da venda;

Realizar prospecção ativa de clientes por meio de ligações, mensagens e demais canais autorizados;

Registrar e atualizar no CRM e sistemas internos as informações dos atendimentos, contatos, oportunidades, pedidos e vendas realizadas;

Cumprir scripts, políticas comerciais, procedimentos e padrões de atendimento definidos pela empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio;06 meses de experiência nas atividades do cargo de vendas on-line/digital;Conhecimento em metodologias e técnicas de vendas.
