Faça parte da CASA DO FITNESS, uma empresa que está há 20 anos no mercado de importação e venda de equipamentos e acessórios fitness, e o melhor: fazendo tudo isso com enorme paixão, porque acreditamos na importância e no poder transformador de oferecer soluções para uma vida mais saudável para as pessoas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVendas B2B e B2C de equipamentos fitness, acessórios, suplementos e vestuário;                                     Prospecções de clientes (academias, estúdios, construtoras, condomínio e residenciais);Reativação de propostas paradas e propostas em andamento através das ferramentas de comunicação (WhatsApp, CRM, e-mail, telefone);Ampliação e manutenção da carteira de clientes, criar relacionamento para aumentar as chances de conversão de vendas;                                       Efetuar o pós-vendas, medir satisfação e garantir a fidelização dos clientes;  Cadastrar todos os novos leads conforme exigência da empresa e os produtos de interesse, através de questionário para ampliar a capacidade de novas prospecções;Fazer parcerias com personal trainers, arquitetos, síndicos e administradoras, baseado nos princípios básicos de vendas para oferecer os produtos através de contatos e relacionamentos;Realizar visita técnica ao cliente para medir espaço e criar o projeto arquitetônico, em visualização 3D, para aumentar chances de conversão de venda (vendedor será treinado no programa);Manutenção do Show Room sempre organizado e agradável para os clientes que visitam o espaço de demonstração da loja;Estudar concorrência através de sites e informativos de mercado para atender com propriedade os clientes;Participação em feiras do mercado Fitness, com o objetivo de gerar novas vendas e aumentar o institucional da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Desejável ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Educação Física, Marketing ou áreas correlacionadas;Imprescindível conhecimentos em Técnicas de Vendas e Negociações (será testado);Experiência em rotinas de vendas;Possuir habilitação e carro é um diferencial;Foco em resultados e metas.Informações adicionaisComissão + salário fixo;Ajuda de custo para transporte e alimentação.Horário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 09h00 às 18h00Disponibilidade para trabalhar alguns sábados, de acordo com escala de revezamento.
