🔹 Responsável pela comercialização de veículos novos e seminovos, atuando de forma consultiva para identificar necessidades do cliente, promover produtos e serviços agregados (acessórios, F&I, despachante, estética, trade-in, revisão, entre outros) e maximizar o resultado por unidade vendida. Atende e prospecta clientes presencialmente e nos canais digitais, realiza avaliações detalhadas de veículos usados, conduz negociações, fecha vendas e garante a melhor experiência ao cliente, visando fidelização e atingimento de metas de unidades e margem.Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹 Principais Atividades🔹 1.Atendimento Consultivo: Receber e identificar o perfil do cliente, levantar necessidades, apresentar soluções, explicar características e benefícios dos veículos.🔹 2.Vendas Adicionais/F&I: Oferecer e vender acessórios, pacotes de estética, seguros, garantias estendidas, financiamento, serviços de despachante, pacotes de revisão, MVP, entre outros.🔹 3.Avaliação de Veículos Seminovos: Realizar avaliação técnica e documental do usado na troca, identificando avarias, sinistros, repinturas, desgastes, situação dos pneus, motor, interior e acessórios, além de consulta de multas, histórico e tabela transacional.🔹 4.Prospecção Ativa & Digital: Atuar com captação de clientes via showroom, redes sociais, plataformas digitais, WhatsApp e CRM, qualificar leads (frio, morno, quente) e garantir agilidade no atendimento.🔹 5.Negociação e Fechamento: Conduzir negociações, superar objeções, aplicar técnicas de fechamento e garantir conversão de propostas em vendas.🔹 6.Gestão de Leads e Plataformas Digitais: Utilizar plataformas como AutoAvaliar, OLX, Webmotors, Facebook Marketplace, além do DMS e apps mobile da montadora/concessionária, para precificação, cadastro, acompanhamento e publicação de anúncios.🔹 7.Pós-Venda e Fidelização: Realizar follow-up com clientes, garantir satisfação e promover a recompra ou indicações.🔹 8.Rotinas Administrativas: Conferir documentação, apoiar processos de faturamento, realizar registros no sistema e acompanhar entrega técnica.🔹  🔹 Hard Skills (Competências Técnicas)🔹 1.Domínio das características técnicas e benefícios dos veículos comercializados🔹 2.Avaliação e classificação de veículos seminovos (técnica e documental)🔹 3.Conhecimento de plataformas digitais de venda e avaliação (AutoAvaliar, Webmotors, OLX, DMS, apps mobile)🔹 4.Técnicas de vendas consultivas e de fechamento (Spin Selling, Funil de Vendas, BANT, entre outros)🔹 5.Experiência com produtos financeiros (financiamento, seguros, garantias, consórcio)🔹 6.Noções de legislação, documentação automotiva e processo de despachante🔹 7.Capacidade de negociação e elaboração de propostas comerciais🔹 8.Excelência em atendimento omnichannel (presencial, digital, WhatsApp)🔹  🔹 Soft Skills (Competências Comportamentais)🔹 1.Comunicação persuasiva e clara (oral e escrita)🔹 2.Proatividade e senso de urgência🔹 3.Organização e foco em resultados🔹 4.Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e com metas🔹 5.Empatia, escuta ativa e inteligência emocional🔹 6.Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com outros setores🔹 7.Autodesenvolvimento e busca contínua por conhecimento.Requisitos e qualificações ✔ Ensino Médio completo;✔ Experiência com vendas de veículos;✔ Facilidade com tecnologia e sistemas;✔ CNH B válida.
