Responsabilidades e atribuições 📌 Principais Atividades:Prospecção ativa de clientes e atendimento presencial, telefônico e digital;

Identificação das necessidades do cliente e apresentação dos veículos disponíveis;

Negociação de preços, condições de pagamento, financiamento e troca de veículos;

Avaliação e negociação de veículos usados/seminovos para troca;

Gestão e acompanhamento de leads e oportunidades de venda;

Realização de test drives e apresentação dos veículos;

Divulgação dos veículos em plataformas de vendas e redes sociais;

Acompanhamento de propostas, financiamentos e documentação;

Atualização de informações no sistema/CRM;

Acompanhamento do cliente desde o primeiro contato até a entrega do veículo;

Pós-venda e relacionamento para fidelização e indicação de novos clientes;

Cumprimento de metas de vendas e indicadores comerciais.
