Estamos ansiosos aguardando sua chegada! 🚀💜Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento aos clientes no balcão, telefone, WhatsApp e demais canais de vendas;Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e indicar os pneus, rodas, serviços e produtos complementares mais adequados;Elaborar orçamentos e propostas comerciais, acompanhando as negociações até o fechamento da venda;Efetuar vendas de pneus para veículos de passeio, SUVs, caminhonetes e demais segmentos atendidos pela empresa;Prospectar novos clientes e manter relacionamento com a carteira ativa, buscando fidelização e aumento de vendas;Acompanhar pedidos, disponibilidade de estoque, prazos de entrega e posicionamento ao cliente;Realizar pós-venda, verificando a satisfação dos clientes e identificando novas oportunidades de negócios;Cumprir metas de vendas, faturamento, margem e demais indicadores definidos pela gestão;Registrar informações de clientes, negociações e vendas nos sistemas da empresa;Promover a venda de serviços agregados, como alinhamento, balanceamento, geometria, montagem e garantia;Manter-se atualizado sobre produtos, marcas, especificações técnicas e tendências do mercado de pneus;Apoiar campanhas promocionais e ações comerciais da empresa;Zelar pela organização do ambiente de trabalho e pela qualidade do atendimento prestado;Seguir as políticas comerciais, procedimentos internos e normas de segurança da empresa;Colaborar com as equipes de estoque, oficina e caixa para assegurar eficiência no atendimento e na entrega dos produtos e serviços.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Desejável curso técnico ou superior em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento de pneus para veículos de passeio, SUVs, caminhonetes e utilitários;Noções de alinhamento, balanceamento, geometria e demais serviços automotivos relacionados;Conhecimento básico de vendas, negociação e atendimento ao cliente;Familiaridade com sistemas ERP, CRM e ferramentas de orçamento;Conhecimento em informática (Pacote Office e ferramentas digitais de comunicação);Vivência prévia com vendas no varejo, preferencialmente no segmento de pneus, autopeças ou serviços automotivos;Vivência em atendimento presencial, telefônico e por canais digitais (WhatsApp, e-mail e plataformas de atendimento);Vivência com prospecção, negociação e fechamento de vendas.Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;Foco em resultados e atingimento de metas;Capacidade de negociação e persuasão;Proatividade e iniciativa;Orientação para o cliente;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão;Trabalho em equipe e bom relacionamento interpessoal;Agilidade na resolução de problemas;Comprometimento e responsabilidade;Conhecimento do mercado de pneus e serviços automotivos;Carteira de clientes ativa no segmento automotivo;Cursos de técnicas de vendas, negociação e atendimento ao cliente;CNH categoria B;Experiência em vendas consultivas e venda de produtos agregados.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: De segunda a sexta-feira em horário comercial e aos sábados até meio-dia.
