Estamos ansiosos aguardando sua chegada! 🚀💜Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento presencial, por telefone e canais digitais, identificando as necessidades dos clientes e oferecendo soluções adequadas em pneus e serviços automotivos;Prospectar novos clientes e manter relacionamento com a carteira existente, buscando fidelização e aumento das vendas;Elaborar orçamentos, negociar condições comerciais e fechar vendas de pneus, rodas, serviços de alinhamento, balanceamento e demais produtos relacionados;Acompanhar pedidos, disponibilidade de estoque e prazos de entrega, garantindo a satisfação do cliente;Executar ações de pós-venda, monitorando a experiência do cliente e identificando oportunidades de novas vendas;Cumprir metas de vendas, faturamento, margem e indicadores definidos pela empresa;Manter-se atualizado sobre características técnicas, aplicações e diferenciais das marcas e linhas de pneus comercializadas;Orientar clientes quanto à correta utilização, manutenção e conservação dos pneus;Registrar informações de atendimento e negociações nos sistemas corporativos;Apoiar na organização da loja, exposição dos produtos e ações promocionais;Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe operacional para assegurar qualidade e agilidade na prestação dos serviços vendidos;Monitorar a atuação da concorrência e identificar oportunidades de mercado na região de atuação;Garantir conformidade com as políticas comerciais, processos internos e normas de segurança da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Desejável curso técnico ou superior em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia com vendas no varejo, preferencialmente no segmento de pneus, autopeças ou serviços automotivos;Vivência com atendimento ao cliente, negociação e fechamento de vendas;Experiência no cumprimento de metas e indicadores comerciais;Conhecimento sobre pneus de veículos leves, SUVs, caminhonetes e utilitários;Noções de alinhamento, balanceamento, suspensão e serviços automotivos relacionados;Conhecimento de técnicas de vendas, negociação e pós-venda;Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão comercial, emissão de orçamentos e pedidos;Conhecimento básico de informática (Pacote Office e ferramentas de atendimento digital);Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;Foco em resultados e atingimento de metas;Capacidade de negociação e influência;Proatividade e senso de urgência;Organização e planejamento;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Orientação para o cliente e qualidade no atendimento.Resiliência para lidar com desafios e objeções comerciais;Disponibilidade para atuar em horário comercial e, quando necessário, aos sábados;Possuir CNH categoria B será um diferencial;Conhecimento do mercado automotivo e da região de atuação será considerado um diferencial;Disponibilidade para treinamentos e atualização constante sobre produtos e serviços.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho:Segunda à sexta, horário à definir.Aqui na Cantu INC você terá acesso a esses benefícios: Vale alimentação/refeição;Vale transporte;TotalPass;Plano de saúde: Unimed Seguros, extensível a dependentes legais;Plano odontológico: Sul América, extensível a dependentes legais; Seguro de vida;Desconto na compra de produtos e serviços;Expertires (nossa plataforma de treinamento);New Value (clube de benefícios corporativos);Plataforma Zenklub – cuidado com saúde emocional e bem-estar;Parceria com a Petlove – benefícios para seu pet;Incentivo a prática de esportes - Reembolso de corridas.Vaga inclusiva disponível também para pessoas com deficiência.
