Desarrollar integralmente el territorio comercial de Zona Sur GBA, fortaleciendo la cartera actual, identificando y convirtiendo nuevas oportunidades de negocio, y alcanzando los objetivos definidos por la Compañía.

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes asignada en Zona Sur GBA, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento por cliente, categoría y segmento

• Planificar y ejecutar una rutina de visitas comerciales de acuerdo con el potencial, la frecuencia y las necesidades del territorio.

• Prospectar nuevos clientes y generar oportunidades de negocio dentro de la zona.

• Gestionar precios y condiciones comerciales dentro de las políticas definidas por la Compañía.

• Capacitar a clientes y equipos comerciales sobre productos, soluciones, servicios y novedades.

• Realizar el seguimiento integral del ciclo de venta, desde la generación de la oportunidad hasta la entrega y la cobranza.

• Acompañar la gestión crediticia y de cobranzas de su cartera, anticipando desvíos y articulando con las áreas responsables.

• Identificar y gestionar internamente problemas de servicio, logística, disponibilidad o procesos que puedan afectar al cliente, manteniendo actualizada la información comercial y las oportunidades en las herramientas de gestión de la Compañía.

Requisitos e qualificações• Contar con experiencia comercial mínima de 4 años en ventas, preferentemente con atención en puntos de venta, distribuidores, sanitarios, ferreterías, corralones o canales vinculados a materiales para la construcción.

• Estudios superiores en Comercialización, Marketing, Administración, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil o carreras afines (no excluyente).

• Movilidad propia (excluyente).

• Capacidad de autogestión y organización territorial, con autonomía para planificar agenda y frecuencia de visitas.

• Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar con objetivos de volumen, facturación, rentabilidad y desarrollo de cartera.

• Buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales y capacidad para construir vínculos comerciales de largo plazo.

• Capacidad para mantener conversaciones comerciales y técnicas con clientes, distribuidores y distintos interlocutores del mercado.

• Manejo de Excel y herramientas de gestión comercial / CRM.

• Capacidad analítica para interpretar información de clientes, ventas y oportunidades, y responsabilidad sobre el seguimiento completo de las cuentas.

• Capacidad para trabajar transversalmente con Crédito y Cobranzas, Logística, Servicio al Cliente, Marketing y equipos técnicos.
