A rodovia é um dos principais corredores logísticos do país e tem papel estratégico no escoamento da produção agrícola rumo aos portos do Arco Norte. Responsabilidades e atribuições Fiscalização e controle da faixa de domínio

Coordenar a fiscalização e o controle da faixa de domínio, garantindo que esteja livre de obstáculos que comprometam a segurança viária; Planejar e acompanhar vistorias, rondas técnicas e levantamentos em campo; Identificar e registrar irregularidades, como invasões, construções e cercamentos não autorizados, acessos clandestinos, descarte irregular de resíduos, atividades comerciais na faixa e interferências de redes (energia, telecom, água, esgoto e gás); Garantir o registro formal das ocorrências em relatórios técnicos e sistemas internos.

Autorizações e uso da faixa de domínio

Analisar solicitações de uso e ocupação por terceiros (concessionárias, prefeituras e empresas privadas) e aprovar tecnicamente projetos; Elaborar pareceres técnicos e autorizar solicitações conforme as alçadas definidas; Coordenar a emissão de Termos de Permissão de Uso (TPU), autorizações de travessia e acessos, liberações para redes e obras, publicidade e licenças condicionadas; Acompanhar a execução dos serviços autorizados, garantindo conformidade com projetos e normas.

Regularização e gestão patrimonial

Atuar na prevenção e regularização de ocupações irregulares, áreas confrontantes e ocupações históricas; Apoiar ações de desapropriação, reintegração de posse e regularização junto aos órgãos competentes; Controlar o histórico patrimonial da faixa (cadastros, mapas, coordenadas e marcos físicos) e manter atualizada a documentação técnica (plantas, memoriais descritivos, mapas georreferenciados e banco de dados territorial).

Notificações e suporte jurídico

Determinar ações de notificação e coordenar a emissão de notificações extrajudiciais e comunicados formais; Recomendar a aplicação de penalidades contratuais por ocupação irregular; Realizar tratativas presenciais com ocupantes para orientação, negociação e regularização, acompanhando prazos legais; Preparar dossiês técnicos (fotos, coordenadas, laudos, mapas e histórico documental) e acompanhar perícias, audiências e vistorias com o Jurídico.

Relacionamento institucional

Manter interface técnica e institucional com ANTT, DNIT, IBAMA e órgãos ambientais, prefeituras, PRF, Corpo de Bombeiros e concessionárias de serviços públicos; Representar a concessionária em reuniões externas sobre a gestão territorial da rodovia.

Indicadores e gestão da equipe

Desenvolver e controlar KPIs da área e apresentar relatórios periódicos de desempenho à gerência, à diretoria e em auditorias; Garantir conformidade com o contrato de concessão e as normas legais aplicáveis; Coordenar equipe própria e terceirizada, orientando rotinas e padrões de execução; Garantir o cumprimento das NRs e o uso correto de EPIs, além de realizar treinamentos e reciclagens; Avaliar o desempenho técnico e disciplinar da equipe, propondo melhorias. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia, Direito, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência mínima de 1 ano em concessões rodoviárias, gestão de faixa de domínio ou infraestrutura;Conhecimento da legislação aplicada à faixa de domínio (DNIT, ANTT e contrato de concessão);Leitura e interpretação de projetos, plantas e memoriais descritivos;Informações adicionaisVale-alimentação de R$ 1.033,84 por mês (iFood Benefícios);Plano de saúde Unimed Seguros;Seguro de vida;Wellhub (academias e bem-estar);Plataforma gratuita de apoio psicológico (StarBem).
