Responsabilidades e atribuições Elaborar e acompanhar o orçamento de CAPEX e OPEX da Engenharia, em conjunto com os gestores de obras e projetos. Conduzir os ciclos de investimentos, atualizando as projeções de desembolso conforme o avanço físico das obras. Analisar o orçado x realizado por obra, contrato e centro de custo, explicando os desvios de custo e prazo. Acompanhar a curva S físico-financeira dos projetos e o cronograma de desembolsos. Controlar contratos de fornecedores e empreiteiras: medições, aditivos, reajustes e saldos contratuais. Apoiar análises de viabilidade técnico-financeira de novos projetos (VPL, TIR, payback, cenários). Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e dashboards de investimentos para a diretoria e, quando aplicável, para órgãos reguladores ou acionistas. Acompanhar indicadores como avanço físico x financeiro, custo por km/m²/unidade e aderência ao orçamento. Fazer a interface entre Engenharia, Suprimentos, Contabilidade e Controladoria (capitalização de ativos, classificação CAPEX x OPEX). Propor melhorias de processos, controles e automação dos relatórios de obras.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Engenharia, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas afins. Experiência em FP&A, Controladoria, Planejamento ou Controle de Obras/Projetos. Vivência com orçamento e acompanhamento de CAPEX. Excel avançado. Conhecimento de DRE, fluxo de caixa e conceitos de capitalização de ativos.
