Somos uma empresa de educação voltada para o mercado veterinário. Ajudamos donos de clínicas e hospitais veterinários a transformarem seus negócios em empresas de verdade, por meio de mentorias de alto valor, eventos presenciais e workshops online realizados todos os meses.Buscamos um Video Maker que entenda que, para nós, o vídeo não precisa ser apenas uma peça bonita: ele precisa performar e gerar resultados.Os conteúdos produzidos serão utilizados em campanhas, acompanhados por métricas como custo por lead e desempenho dos criativos, sendo ajustados ou substituídos sempre que necessário para alcançar melhores resultados.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Produzir vídeos de captação para tráfego pago, no formato Story, com área segura para corte em 4:5;Editar VSLs e vídeos de vendas para lançamento de eventos e mentorias;Gravar e editar conteúdos com os mentores, presencialmente;Transformar conteúdos longos, como lives e hot seats, em cortes para campanhas e conteúdo orgânico;Fazer engenharia reversa dos criativos campeões e gerar variações a partir deles;Realizar as entregas dentro dos prazos das campanhas, considerando que as datas dos eventos não podem ser adiadas.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência comprovada com VSL (Video Sales Letter), desde a elaboração do roteiro até a entrega final;Experiência prévia com lançamentos digitais e/ou mentorias de alto ticket;Domínio de edição de vídeos para tráfego pago, com entendimento de ganchos nos primeiros segundos, retenção, ritmo de cortes e construção de criativos;Conhecimento em captação de vídeo, com autonomia para operar câmera, iluminação e áudio;Organização para trabalhar com prazos, prioridades e filas de demandas em ferramentas de gestão de tarefas;Capacidade de interpretar métricas de criativos, como Hook Rate, CTR e Custo por Lead (CPL);Conhecimento em motion graphics e legendas dinâmicas;Experiência com captação e produção de conteúdo em eventos presenciais.Será considerado um diferencial:Experiência anterior no mercado pet e/ou na área da saúde.
