O/A Vigia será responsável por controlar acessos, orientar o público e monitorar a segurança institucional, realizando rondas, apoiando ocorrências e prevenindo riscos, além de zelar pelo patrimônio, organização do ambiente e cumprimento das normas, em alinhamento à missão e valores do Instituto do Cérebro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar, monitorar, identificar e liberar o acesso de pessoas de acordo com as normas institucionais;Realizar abertura de portas, cadastrar e liberar chaves do claviculário;Protocolar, armazenamento e restituição dos pertences de pacientes achados e perdidos;Orientar os pacientes, familiares e visitantes sobre normas de segurança e regulamento interno;Liberar entrada e saída de veículos, no acesso do pátio de serviços, conforme procedimento padrão, evitar acesso não autorizado;Auxiliar nas investigações de ocorrências internas quando solicitado pelo vigilante;Solicitar a presença do Vigilante para o gerenciamento de ocorrências;Cumprir os requisitos de segurança especificados no plano de segurança vigente, utilizar os equipamentos de proteção individual, atuar na prevenção de sinistros, evitar perdas e danos ao patrimônio comunicando o Vigilante;Comunicar o SESMT e Manutenção para acompanhamento de terceiros para realização de serviços nas dependências do InsCer;Auxiliar no monitoramento de câmeras, alarmes de emergência e sistema de sprinkler (incêndio);Atender, o acionamento do alarme de incêndio, comunicar via rádio o bombeiro civil da instituição e o líder imediato da segurança;Realizar ronda em todo perímetro institucional, identificar riscos e evitar sinistros;Auxiliar com atividades administrativas contribuindo para o desenvolvimento do setor de Segurança;Manter o local de trabalho limpo e organizado baseado em protocolos institucionais;Requisitos e qualificaçõesDiferencial já ter realizado o Curso de Auxiliar de Segurança Privada;Habilidades e competências desejáveis:Acolhimento;Colaboração;Organização;Dinamismo;Comunicação;Informações adicionais Horário de trabalho:
