Buscamos profissional para a posição de Vigilante. Trata-se de uma oportunidade para quem deseja atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e desafiador, fazendo cumprir normas de segurança e política da empresa, tais como: Integridade, Excelência, Simplicidade e Criatividade, valorizando sempre as pessoas e prestando orientações aos colaboradores e visitantes, efetuando revistas e rondas, a fim de salvaguardar o patrimônio físico e de pessoas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições·        Controlar e orientar as atividades da Fábrica;

·         Assegurar a proteção dos produtos e serviços realizados para os nossos clientes e parceiros;

·         Zelar pela Segurança Patrimonial durante todas as etapas dos processos e assegurar o bem-estar dos colaboradores, prestadores de serviços e parceiros da VALID;

·         Evitar evasões de documentos, informações e/ou dados, controlar entradas e saídas de materiais, funcionários e visitantes nas dependências da empresa, através das câmeras e revista visual, documental etc., orientando sobre a instrução de segurança e transito interno de documentos;

·         Realizar rondas na empresa;

·         Realizar revista de veículos;

·         Vistoriar ativos da empresa, tais como notebook, impressora, desktop etc.;

·         Realizar vistorias dos descartes dos setores Gráfica e Cartões;

·         São responsáveis pela segurança em sua área de atuação, devendo zelar diretamente pelo produto acabado, maquinários, matéria prima, resíduos etc., exercendo constante fiscalização;

·         Realizar monitoramento do sistema de CFTV e testes do sistema de alarme;

·         Efetuar levantamento de eventuais irregularidades, a observância e o cumprimento das normas da empresa;

·         Assegurar a proteção dos produtos e serviços realizados aos nossos clientes;

·         Quando necessário, efetuar a medição de temperatura dos colaboradores e visitantes que venham adentrar as dependências da empresa, tomando as providências necessárias (não permitir a entrada e acionar o ambulatório médico), caso a temperatura esteja acima de 37,5º C:

·         Apoiar a Recepção, nas medidas de segurança e no acompanhamento de visitantes a áreas restritas, bem como auxiliar nas demandas necessárias da Recepção;

·         Acompanhar todas as solicitações e somente mediante autorização por e-mail, liberar os acessos de qualquer pessoa com equipamento fotográfico ou filmadora nas dependências da empresa, a fim de preservar a integridade da empresa e dos colaboradores;

·         Fazer cumprir e seguir as regras e procedimentos estabelecidos, bem como a Política de Segurança Empresarial;

·         Informar de imediato os analistas/coordenação de segurança sobre qualquer anormalidade na empresa;

·         Realizar pesagem, lacrar e/ou deslacrar caminhos;

·         Abrir chamados de manutenções preventivas e corretivas e validações;

Auditorias e Fiscalizações:

• Acompanhar e prestar informações às auditorias, disponibilizando documentos, relatórios e controles relacionados à segurança física e eletrônica. • Auxiliar auditorias e fiscalizações externas realizadas por clientes e/ou autoridades, garantindo conformidade com as exigências de segurança. • Certificar a adequada gestão das informações sensíveis e sigilosas, promovendo a segurança da informação no âmbito da Segurança Patrimonial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Curso de Formação de Vigilantes homologado pela Policia Federal (obrigatório); Curso de reciclagem com vencimento mínimo de 06 meses.Curso na área de Segurança Patrimonial (desejável);Conhecimento no pacote Office (

Excel, Word e Outlook

);Certificação: Certificado em monitoramento de CFTV (obrigatório)
