Valorizamos um ambiente ágil, colaborativo e não-hierárquico, onde você terá a oportunidade de trabalhar com um grupo talentoso e apaixonado por transformação.Se você está pronto(a) para dar o próximo passo na sua carreira em um ambiente estimulante e inovador, não hesite em se inscrever!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que se espera de uma atuação como Engenheiro de Dados Sênior?Ser capaz de atuar em um projeto sem escopo pré-definido, sendo capaz de apoiar no desenho do escopo e priorização, garantindo as entregas dentro prazo e qualidade;Ser referência para tomada de decisões em relação ao desenho das soluções a serem implementadas;Suporte ao time na organização de atividades e na resolução de problemas;Ser capaz de formar tecnicamente o time e apoiar no desenvolvimento pessoal de cada um.Responsabilidades:Atuar na modelagem, coleta, limpeza e transformação de dados provenientes de diversas fontes;Apoiar na definição e implementação de arquitetura de dados que suportem as necessidades dos clientes;Participar da criação e otimização de bancos de dados, data lakes e data warehouses;Suportar a criação e manutenção de pipelines de dados utilizando ferramentas de ETL/ELT e workflow para processamento de dados;Propor estratégias e ferramentas de monitoramento performance e qualidade de dados;Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para entender e atender às necessidades de dados do negócio;Garantir boas práticas de desenvolvimento, respeitando as diretrizes e padronizações internas da v(dev) e do cliente;Desenvolver tecnicamente o time e auxiliar a equipe na resolução de problemas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento sólido em ferramentas de ETL/ELT (ex: databricks, etc);Experiência prévia com Spark, Airflow e Deltalake;Experiência com arquitetura de código (ex: arquitetura limpa, arquitetura hexagonal, etc);Experiência prática aplicada em fluxos automáticos (CI/CD);Experiência prévia com arquitetura de dados;Experiência em cloud (GCP, Azure ou AWS) e seus serviços.
