Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir os processos seletivos de ponta a ponta: alinhamento de perfil, divulgação, busca ativa, triagem, entrevistas e apoio à decisão.Atender às demandas de contratação das lojas próprias, organizando prioridades conforme a necessidade e o impacto para o negócio.Atuar em parceria com gestores de lojas e supervisorespara definir perfis, avaliar candidatos e apoiar decisões de contratação.Desenvolver estratégias de atração adequadas a cada região e perfil, ampliando os canais de recrutamento e reduzindo a dependência de fornecedores externos.Realizar entrevistas por competências, investigando experiências, comportamentos e aderência aos desafios da função.Construir e manter bancos de talentos, especialmente para posições recorrentes e de maior dificuldade de contratação.Contribuir para a estruturação dos processos internos de R&S, incluindo etapas, critérios de avaliação, prazos de atendimento e ferramentas.Acompanhar indicadores de recrutamento e seleção, identificando gargalos e propondo melhorias na velocidade, no custo e na qualidade das contratações.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas.Experiência sólida em recrutamento e seleção, com autonomia na condução de processos de ponta a ponta.Vivência com alto volume de vagas e atendimento simultâneo a diferentes gestores.Experiência em seleção para posições operacionais e comerciais, preferencialmente no varejo.Conhecimento de entrevistas por competências e técnicas de busca ativa.Experiência com plataformas de recrutamento e acompanhamento de indicadores.Conhecimento de Excel ou ferramentas equivalentes para organização e análise de dados.
