About the Role

The role involves coordinating and supporting successful planning, execution, and completion of IT and operations projects. The Project Coordinator will act as a vital link between technical and operational teams, ensuring alignment of project goals, timelines, and deliverables. This position requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within defined scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project tasks and timelines.
  • Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Escalate issues or delays proactively.
  • Liaise with IT, operations, finance, student services, and other stakeholders.
  • Align project deliverables with cross-functional requirements.
  • Manage communication and expectations across teams.
  • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and communicate risks, propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and expectations are managed
  • Assist in requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Record meeting notes, action items, and status updates.
  • Support quality assurance processes during development and implementation
  • Track and report on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Assist with system rollouts, data migration, and testing.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Contribute to optimization of IT and operational workflows.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree: any project management courses completed will be an advantage.
  • 3 - 6 years of overall experience, with maximum exposure/experience in project coordination/management activities.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or operations within IT, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
  • Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, or software development lifecycle is a plus.
  • Confident use of project and development methods as well as extensive know-how of methods, tools and applications for project management
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a very structured and independent way of working
  • High level of commitment, ambition and passion
  • Fluent in English is required, both written and spoken.

Please note this position is only available on our consultancy agreement.

The post holder may be asked to undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements at the request of their line manager.
