Deine Aufgaben

In deiner Ausbildung pflegst und begleitest du Menschen im Alltag und trägst dazu bei, dass sie sich wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlen. Du unterstützt die Bewohnenden beim Essen und Trinken und achtest darauf, dass ihre Zimmer und die Umgebung sauber und angenehm bleiben. Mit kreativen Beschäftigungs- und Betreuungsangeboten bringst du Abwechslung und Freude in den Alltag. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit einem Team aus Assistenz- und Fachpersonal sowie anderen Lernenden zusammen und pflegst einen herzlichen und respektvollen Umgang mit den Bewohnenden. In deiner Ausbildung lernst du Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Empathie zu zeigen und mit deinem Einsatz einen echten Unterschied im Leben von Menschen zu machen.
