Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Specialist Cloud ERP (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt SAP Business ByDesign übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Prozesses wie Finance, SCM, Produktion und Vertrieb
  • Dabei spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Optimierung und Erweiterung unseres bestehenden ERP-Systems – mit einem klaren Fokus auf Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Du sorgst für eine nahtlose Anbindung an die bestehende IT-Landschaft, verantwortest das Testmanagement und begleitest den erfolgreichen Go-Live neuer Funktionen
  • In enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern analysierst und dokumentierst du kontinuierlich Anforderungen, entwickelst praxistaugliche Konzepte und gestaltest innovative digitale Finanzprozesse – auch über klassische ERP-Funktionalitäten hinaus
  • Perspektivisch wirkst du ebenso an der Transformation einer neuen herstelleroffenen ERP-Umgebung mit. Den Auswahl- und Entscheidungsprozess zur zukünftigen Systemlösung gestaltest du mit.
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt du Fachbereiche und Key User mit deiner Expertise, führst Schulungen durch und trägst maßgeblich zum erfolgreichen organisatorischen Wandel bei

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung mit unserem aktuellen ERP-System SAP Business ByDesign im produzierenden Umfeld mit – idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie.
  • Du kennst aber auch andere ERP-Systemlösungen von Infor und/oder SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud für unsere zukünftige Ausrichtung und hast Erfahrung mit Transformation in neue Systeme
  • Du bist versiert in der Aufnahme, Analyse und Validierung von Fachbereichsanforderungen und kannst ihre technische und prozessuale Umsetzbarkeit sicher beurteilen
  • Darüber hinaus hast du bereits externe Implementierungspartner in Projekten gesteuert und dabei Aufgaben, Qualität und Projektfortschritt erfolgreich überwacht
  • Du kennst dich im Umgang mit Schnittstellen wie SAP CPI und OData aus und hast Erfahrung mit der Anbindung externer Systeme an SAP Business ByDesign
  • Zudem nutzt du Jira, Confluence und Microsoft 365 routiniert, um deine Arbeit effizient zu organisieren und zu dokumentieren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
