Wir suchen für unser Office in Rostock in Vollzeit (40 h) einen:

Brand & Communications Manager (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt: Social, Influencer, PR & CRM

als Stimme von Gusti Leder, die unsere Markenpräsenz über Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Newsletter und PR steuert und kontinuierlich verbessert.

🚀 Deine Rolle Als Brand & Communications Manager bist du verantwortlich dafür, dass unsere Marke über alle Kanäle hinweg konsistent, wirkungsvoll und datenbasiert weiterentwickelt wird. Du arbeitest eng mit Content Creatorn, Influencer Management und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen – mit dem Ziel, Qualität zu steigern, Learnings abzuleiten und Kampagnen messbar besser zu machen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Social Media steuern & optimieren Du entwickelst Formate und Leitplanken, gibst Feedback an unsere Content Creator und stellst sicher, dass Inhalte zur Marke passen und performen.
  • Content-Qualität & Messaging sichern Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Tonalität, Bildsprache und Botschaften über alle Kanäle hinweg konsistent sind.
  • Influencer Marketing weiterentwickeln Du arbeitest mit dem Influencer-Team zusammen, bewertest Kooperationen, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst das Setup kontinuierlich weiter.
  • PR & Storytelling vorantreiben Du entwickelst relevante Storys rund um unsere Marke und bringst diese aktiv in die Öffentlichkeit.
  • Newsletter & CRM verbessern Du analysierst unsere Newsletter-Performance, entwickelst Inhalte weiter und optimierst Struktur, Timing und Messaging.
  • Kampagnen orchestrieren Du sorgst dafür, dass Kampagnen über alle Kanäle hinweg konsistent ausgespielt werden.
  • Performance analysieren & Learnings ableiten Du wertest Maßnahmen aus (Social, Influencer, Newsletter etc.), erkennst Muster und entwickelst daraus konkrete Verbesserungen. Das bringst du mit:
  • Erfahrung in Social Media, Influencer Marketing, PR und/oder CRM
  • Du denkst in Zusammenhängen, nicht in einzelnen Kanälen
  • Starkes Gespür für Brand, Storytelling und konsistente Kommunikation
  • Du kannst Inhalte bewerten und verbessern, auch wenn du sie nicht selbst produzierst
  • Analytisches Verständnis: Du arbeitest mit Daten und leitest klare Maßnahmen ab
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Creatorn, Freelancern oder externen Partnern
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gesagt👉 Wichtig: Du musst Content nicht selbst erstellen – aber du solltest genau wissen, was guten Content ausmacht und wie man ihn besser macht.
