Um unser Online-Geschäft national und international weiter auszubauen, suchen wir dich als E-Commerce Managerin (m/w/d) in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit (30h-40h). In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für unsere Marktplatz-Strategie und das Account Management und sorgst dafür, dass Gusti Leder online sichtbar, erfolgreich und authentisch bleibt.

Dein Ziel: Prozesse optimieren, Wachstum gestalten und Kund:innen auf allen Plattformen für unsere Marke begeistern.

Was Dich bei Gusti Leder erwartet:

  • 🛒 Marktplatzmanagement: Betreuung und Optimierung unserer Auftritte auf Amazon, Zalando und weiteren Marktplätzen.
  • 🤝 Account Management: Zentrale Ansprechperson für Plattformen – von Produktdatenpflege bis Aktions- & Kampagnensteuerung.
  • 📈 Performance & Insights: Auswertung von KPIs, Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatz- und Margensteigerung.
  • 📚 Prozesskoordination: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit E-Commerce, Marketing, Logistik und Produkt.
  • 🚀 Weiterentwicklung: Eigene Ideen einbringen, Tests fahren, Potenziale heben.
  • ⚡Dynamik: Erfolgreich gewachsen - ganz ohne Investoren. Wir entscheiden eigenständig, reagieren schnell und geben dir den Freiraum, deine Ideen ohne bürokratische Hürden direkt in die Tat umzusetzen.

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Erfahrung im E-Commerce, Marktplatzmanagement oder Account Management – Quereinstieg mit hoher Lernbereitschaft willkommen
  • Organisiert & strukturiert – du behältst mehrere Projekte im Blick
  • IT-affin, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert; Shopify-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Teamplayer/in mit klarer Kommunikation
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch von Vorteil
