Um unsere Kundschaft national und international gezielt zu erreichen, suchen wir dich als E-Mail Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40h) in unserem Office in Rostock. In dieser Rolle verantwortest du unsere E-Mail-Marketing-Strategie – von Kampagnen bis Automationen – und sorgst mit relevanten, personalisierten Inhalten und datengetriebener Optimierung für mehr Umsatz, Kundenbindung und eine starke Marke.

Deine Mission

  • Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen und Automationen
  • Verantwortung für unsere E-Mail-Strategie entlang der gesamten Customer Journey
  • Analyse, Interpretation und Ableitung von Maßnahmen aus Performance-Daten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design-, Content- und Übersetzungsteams
  • Transparente Kommunikation von Zielen, Ergebnissen und Learnings im Team
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Assistant E-Mail Marketers
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content-Team zur Optimierung von Webseiten, Texten und Tonalität (TOV) für E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen

Was du mitbringst:

  • ausgeprägte Klaviyo-Kenntnisse: Flows, Kampagnen, Segmente, Templates & Deliverability
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im E-Mail-Marketing, idealerweise im E-Commerce
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Social Media, Influencer Marketing und Content-Strategie
  • analytisches Verständnis und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Kampagnen mit spürbarem Impact (Budget & Umsatz)
