Twoje zadania

  • Zarządzanie i rozwój 3-4-osobowego zespołu sprzedaży.
  • Motywowanie pracowników oraz prowadzenie coachingu sprzedażowego.
  • Realizacja założonych celów sprzedażowych i dbanie o wyniki sklepu.
  • Zapewnianie najwyższej jakości obsługi klienta.
  • Dbanie o atrakcyjną ekspozycję produktów zgodnie ze standardami marki.
  • Planowanie grafików pracy i organizacja codziennego funkcjonowania sklepu.
  • Wdrażanie lokalnych działań promocyjnych.
  • Monitorowanie wyników sklepu oraz raportowanie do Regionalnego Managera.

Kogo szukamy?

  • Osoby swobodnie komunikującej się w języku angielskim, zarówno w mowie, jak i w piśmie – codzienny kontakt z centralą firmy oraz praca z wewnętrznymi narzędziami odbywają się w języku angielskim.
  • Osoby posiadającej doświadczenie na stanowisku kierownika, zastępcy kierownika lub lidera zespołu w handlu detalicznym.
  • Kandydata z rozwiniętymi umiejętnościami sprzedażowymi i nastawieniem na realizację celów.
  • Lidera, który potrafi motywować zespół i budować pozytywną atmosferę pracy.
  • Osoby komunikatywnej, odpowiedzialnej i dobrze zorganizowanej.
  • Osoby swobodnie obsługującej kasę fiskalną oraz terminal płatniczy.
  • Kandydata z dobrą znajomością środowiska Google Workspace (Gmail, Dokumenty, Arkusze, Kalendarz).
  • Osoby, która potrafi pracować z systemami sprzedażowymi i magazynowymi – kontrolować stany magazynowe, realizować zamówienia oraz sprawnie poruszać się po programach wspierających codzienną pracę sklepu.
