🤝 Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast bereits ein Team geführt – etwa als Teamleitung, Schichtleitung, Standortleitung oder Stellvertretung.
  • Deine Führungserfahrung kann aus dem Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Dienstleistung oder einer anderen kundenorientierten Branche stammen.
  • Du hörst zu, gibst klares und wertschätzendes Feedback und förderst die Stärken deines Teams.
  • Du setzt Prioritäten, behältst den Überblick und findest pragmatische Lösungen.
  • Du hast Freude an Beratung und Storytelling sowie ein Auge für ansprechende Warenpräsentation und Details.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
  • Da der Samstag im Einzelhandel ein wichtiger Verkaufstag ist, bringst du die Bereitschaft mit, an mindestens zwei Samstagen im Monat zu arbeiten.

Eine Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Einzelhandel ist hilfreich, aber keine Voraussetzung. Entscheidend sind deine Persönlichkeit und deine Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

👜 Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Store-Team auf Augenhöhe.
  • Du bist im Verkauf präsent, berätst unsere Kund:innen und schaffst ein herzliches Einkaufserlebnis.
  • Du erstellst Einsatzpläne und organisierst die täglichen Abläufe.
  • Du verantwortest die Warenpräsentation und ein gepflegtes Storebild.
  • Du behältst Umsätze und Kennzahlen im Blick, entwickelst verkaufsfördernde Maßnahmen und berichtest an die Regionalleitung.

Du musst nicht jeden Punkt zu 100 % erfüllen. Wenn du bereits Führungserfahrung mitbringst, z.B. als Standortleiterin, Schichtleiterin oder Teamleiterin bist du auch als Quereinsteigerin ausdrücklich willkommen.
