🌍 Marktaufbau & Expansion

  • Du baust unser B2B-Geschäft europaweit aus und gewinnst neue Handelspartner:innen, Concept Stores, Boutiquen und Retail-Ketten.
  • Du nutzt deine Kontakte und dein Gespür für Märkte, um Gusti Leder erfolgreich zu positionieren.

🤝 Kundenbindung & Betreuung

  • Du pflegst bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen und entwickelst sie langfristig weiter.
  • Durch regelmäßige Kommunikation, Besuche und individuelle Lösungen sicherst du Kundenzufriedenheit und Wiederkäufe.

📈 Vertrieb & Abschlüsse

  • Du identifizierst Chancen, präsentierst überzeugend und verhandelst auf Entscheider-Ebene
  • Du hast klare Ziele – und liebst es, sie zu übertreffen.

💡 Strategie & Wachstum

  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Management-Team effektive Vertriebsstrategien für neue Märkte, Zielgruppen und Regionen.
  • Du analysierst Markttrends, KPIs und Potenziale – und setzt deine Erkenntnisse in Ergebnisse um

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Mehrjährige B2B-Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise im Retail-, Lifestyle- oder Modeumfeld.
  • Hunter-Mentalität: Du willst abschließen, wachsen und Ziele übertreffen.
  • Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick auf allen Ebenen.
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands und Europas.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
  • Leidenschaft für nachhaltige Produkte und wertebasiertes Verkaufen.
