Deine Mission:

  • Problemlösung: Du unterstützt Kollegen sowohl im Büro als auch in den Läden bei täglichen IT-Problemen.
  • IT-Helpdesk: Auf Anfragen und Hilferufe über den it-helpdesk für die Läden reagierst Du schnell und effizient.
  • Computer -Setup: Installiere und konfiguriere neue Laptops gemäß den Unternehmensanforderungen.
  • Überprüfung der IT-Sicherheit: Die IT-Sicherheit überprüfst Du regelmäßig, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Passwörter.

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Du studierst Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen ähnlichen Studiengang.
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Software und -Hardware sowie Erfahrung im IT-Support sind bei Dir vorhanden.
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Programmierung bringst Du mit.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsempfinden und Eigeninitiative sind Deine Stärken.
  • Selbstständigkeit ist eine Deiner herausragenden Eigenschaften.
