  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Sachkonten- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Termingerechte Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse nach HGB sowie Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach HGB
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen und Kontenklärungen
  • Durchführung und Abstimmung von Intercompany-Sachverhalten innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Erstellung und Übermittlung von Meldungen an Behörden und andere Institutionen, insbesondere UStVA, Intrastat und ZM-Meldungen
  • Erarbeitung von Statistiken, Auswertungen und Analysen für interne und externe Zwecke
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Bilanzierung und Rechnungslegung nach HGB
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Sachkontenbuchhaltung und Kontenabstimmung
  • Erfahrung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten; Kenntnisse in der Anlagenbuchhaltung sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuerrecht sowie bei steuerlichen und statistischen Meldungen sind wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- bzw. Finanzbuchhaltungssystemen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gleichzeitig im Team zu arbeiten
