  • Coordinate with Housing & Residence Life on-call team, or campus police, when circumstances or resident issues require continued follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain written overnight safety operating procedures, expectations, training materials, shift protocols, and escalation procedures.
  • Collaborate with Housing & Residence Life leadership to assess appropriate deployment of Overnight Safety staff based on building population, entrance configuration, incident history, and identified risk.
  • Develop effective working relationships with all Housing & Residence Life staff including student staff and Resident Assistants, campus police, and other university partners.
  • Participate in Housing & Residence Life safety planning, emergency preparedness, and operational meetings as appropriate.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
