Ich suche einen Product Owner, der Inhalt und Zeitplan gleichzeitig verantworten will. Mein Team entwickelt Messsysteme für , Gas und Wärme für den Heimmarkt Schweiz und für die ganze Welt. Mehrere unserer Entwicklungsprojekte teilen sich Plattform, Werkzeuge und Lieferanten, und genau diese Klammer fehlt uns heute.

Als Product Owner übersetzen Sie den Produktauftrag des Produktmanagements in ein priorisiertes Backlog, entscheiden über Inhalt und Reihenfolge der Releases und nehmen die Ergebnisse ab. Sie arbeiten täglich mit Mechanik, Hardware, Firmware und System Testing, mit Qualitätsmanagement, Produktion, Zulassungsstellen und OEM\-Kunden.

Als Program Manager steuern Sie mehrere zusammenhängende Entwicklungsprojekte nach unserem Stage\-Gate\-Prozess: gemeinsame Plattform, Werkzeuge und Fertigungspartner in Südostasien, Abhängigkeiten und Ressourcenkonflikte, konsolidierter Status an die Bereichsleitung.

Sie weisen mindestens sechs Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleiter interdisziplinärer, internationaler Teams aus und haben mehrere parallele Projekte mit gemeinsamer Plattform gesteuert. Sie kennen die Produktentwicklung von der Konstruktion über Elektronik und Firmware bis zur Industrialisierung, PPAP und Zulassungen wie MID. Agile Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban setzen Sie innerhalb der Stage\-Gates ein, helfen uns, diese Arbeitsweise in der R\&D weiterzuentwickeln, und Sie wissen, wo das bei Hardware mit Werkzeuglieferzeiten seine Grenze hat. Ihr Profil rundet ein Studium in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Maschinenbau (FH/ETH) ab; Zertifikate als Projektleiter oder Product Owner sind ein Plus.

Ich selbst war mehrere Jahre Program Manager bei GWF. Dabei habe ich die Entwicklung von Encoder\-Zählwerken mit Literauflösung verantwortet und OEM\-Produkte mit Millionenstückzahlen im Markt etabliert. Heute leite ich über 50 Mitarbeitende in Luzern und Thessaloniki, und von Zeit zu Zeit erfinden wir uns neu. Dafür suche ich jemanden, der proaktiv, selbständig und unternehmerisch handelt, auf Deutsch und Englisch offen kommuniziert und direkt an mich rapportiert.
