Estamos em busca de um Analista Sênior de Qualidade para integrar nosso time e atuar diretamente na melhoria de processos dentro da fábrica. Responsabilidades:

Estruturar e gerenciar o processo de tratamento de problemas de qualidade na fábrica;

Coletar e analisar dados de qualidade, garantindo a identificação e resolução eficiente de não conformidades;

Coordenar a investigação e implementação de ações corretivas junto aos departamentos responsáveis;

Manter um sistema de informação de qualidade atualizado, utilizando plataformas digitais para monitoramento de dados e gestão de indicadores;

Promover iniciativas de melhoria contínua, liderando workshops, reunindo equipes multidisciplinares e disseminando a cultura da qualidade;

Conduzir reuniões periódicas para monitoramento de qualidade e alinhamento estratégico entre as áreas.

Requisitos:

Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica, Automotiva, Elétrica ou similar;

Inglês fluente (ouvir, falar, ler e escrever);

Ampla experiência na gestão de qualidade em fabricantes de automóveis;

Conhecimento avançado em sistemas e componentes automotivos;

Domínio de ferramentas de qualidade como 5 Porquês, Diagrama de Ishikawa, FMEA e PDCA;

Experiência com análise de dados e indicadores de qualidade (Excel avançado, Power BI, Tableau);

Capacidade analítica e pensamento crítico para identificar causas raiz e implementar soluções efetivas.

Diferenciais:

Pós-graduação em Gestão da Qualidade ou Projetos;

Cursos em Análise de Dados;

Experiência na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.
