The posting

O Líder Time da Pintura deverá ser responsável por auxiliar na gestão das operações produtivas, garantindo o cumprimento das metas de qualidade, eficiência e segurança. Atuará diretamente no planejamento e implementação de materiais e processos produtivos, além de liderar equipes, promovendo treinamentos, monitorando indicadores e implementando melhorias contínuas para alcançar os objetivos estabelecidos.

Principais atividades:

  • Auxiliar o supervisor da área na elaboração do plano de trabalho de pré-produção e garantir sua implementação conforme os requisitos;
  • Planejar e implementar os materiais necessários para a linha de produção, incluindo acessórios, racks e bancadas de trabalho;
  • Desenvolver, implementar e revisar fluxogramas de processo, tempos de produção, balanços produtivos, listas de ferramentas e instruções de operação;
  • Monitorar indicadores internos de qualidade, propondo ações preventivas e corretivas para atingir as metas estabelecidas;
  • Organizar e realizar treinamentos para desenvolver as habilidades da equipe, garantindo o atendimento aos padrões da empresa;
  • Promover a rotação de atividades dos operadores, assegurando maior flexibilidade e eficiência na operação;
  • Orientar a equipe para identificar e resolver rapidamente defeitos de qualidade e tomar medidas imediatas em caso de anomalias de produção;
  • Supervisionar o cumprimento das regras e regulamentos da empresa e da oficina, garantindo que os operadores realizem suas tarefas conforme os processos estabelecidos;
  • Tomar decisões na região de atuação para garantir que os pedidos e metas de produção sejam atendidos;
  • Relatar problemas de processo ao supervisor imediatamente e sugerir melhorias operacionais com base em princípios de produção enxuta;
  • Certificar-se de que o ambiente de trabalho, ferramentas e materiais atendam aos requisitos de produção e segurança.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Pacote Office básico;
  • Inglês básico;
  • Experiência no departamento da pintura no segmento automotivo;
  • Conhecimento de domínio dos processos de fabricação em Paint Shop.
