O Supervisor de Relações Trabalhistas será responsável por gerenciar e promover relações trabalhistas saudáveis dentro da organização, assegurando a conformidade com as políticas internas e com a legislação trabalhista. Atuará como ponto de contato principal para questões relacionadas a negociações sindicais, acordos coletivos e resolução de conflitos trabalhistas. Este profissional terá um papel essencial em manter um ambiente de trabalho harmonioso, colaborando para que as operações da empresa ocorram de forma eficiente e dentro dos padrões de compliance.

Principais atividades

  • Analisar e interpretar a legislação trabalhista para assegurar a conformidade e orientar a liderança e colaboradores sobre políticas e procedimentos trabalhistas;
  • Acompanhar e resolver conflitos trabalhistas, promovendo mediação e soluções que equilibrem os interesses dos colaboradores e da empresa;
  • Atuar na prevenção de disputas trabalhistas e em questões disciplinares, desenvolvendo estratégias de comunicação e engajamento;
  • Implementar e atualizar políticas internas de acordo com mudanças na legislação e melhores práticas de relações trabalhistas;
  • Preparar e conduzir treinamentos sobre relações trabalhistas, garantindo que gestores e equipes estejam atualizados sobre direitos e deveres trabalhistas;
  • Monitorar indicadores de clima organizacional e propor iniciativas para promover a melhoria contínua do ambiente de trabalho;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com a área de Recursos Humanos para assegurar que as práticas de gestão de pessoas estejam alinhadas às exigências legais e às políticas da empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Superior completo em Direito, Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Excel avançado;
  • Experiência significativa em relações trabalhistas, preferencialmente no setor industrial ou automotivo;
  • Conhecimento sólido em legislação trabalhista e normas de negociação sindical;
  • Experiência em mediação de conflitos e resolução de disputas trabalhistas.
