O Técnico de PT - ED da Pintura será responsável por auxiliar na operação e manutenção de equipamentos de teste e ferramentas de medição, garantindo a segurança e a precisão das operações. Suas atividades incluem a supervisão do uso de produtos químicos perigosos, a coleta e análise de amostras de água, e a manutenção de registros detalhados e rastreáveis. Além disso, o técnico deverá calcular dosagens e ajustar parâmetros de operação, sempre seguindo as instruções e regulamentos pertinentes para assegurar a qualidade e a segurança no ambiente de trabalho.

Principais atividades:

  • Auxiliar o monitor na compilação dos fundamentos da operação, lista de inspeção e registros relacionados dos instrumentos de teste de laboratório, conforme instruções do equipamento e ferramentas de medição, garantindo a operação correta do pessoal e o funcionamento normal do equipamento;
  • Operar o equipamento de acordo com as instruções de operação relevantes para garantir a segurança na operação;
  • Verificar regularmente o equipamento de teste e as ferramentas de medição conforme a tabela de verificação de pontos, assegurando que estejam em condições normais de uso;
  • Supervisionar o uso de produtos químicos perigosos em estações de esgoto, conforme regulamentos de gerenciamento, garantindo a segurança no uso desses produtos;
  • Realizar testes de instrumentos de medição no laboratório conforme os requisitos do livro e ciclo da tabela de medição, assegurando a confiabilidade dos dados;
  • Coletar e monitorar amostras de água (água pura, água média e água circulante) de acordo com os regulamentos de gestão da qualidade da água, registrando os parâmetros de operação do equipamento de teste e os resultados dos testes de qualidade da água, garantindo registros completos e rastreabilidade dos problemas;
  • Executar outras tarefas atribuídas pelos superiores;
  • Calcular a dosagem com base nos resultados dos testes e ajustar os parâmetros padrão de cada tanque.

Requisitos:

  • Técnico completo em Química;
  • Pacote Office intermediário;
  • Inglês básico;
  • Experiência em tratamento de efluentes ou gestão de processos relacionados será um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento em manuseio de produtos químicos perigosos e normas de segurança;
  • Habilidade em operar e monitorar equipamentos de laboratório e ferramentas de medição;
  • CRQ ativo - como técnico ou superior (educação de nível técnico químico).
