Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung administrativer und personalwirtschaftlicher Vorgänge im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft
  • Betreuung und Koordination des Recruiting-Prozesses, einschließlich Bewerbermanagement, Terminierung und Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen sowie Schaltung und Pflege von Stellenausschreibungen
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung personalrelevanter Dokumente, insbesondere Arbeitsverträge, Zeugnisse und Bescheinigungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung des HR-Systems sowie der digitalen und elektronischen Personalakten
  • Unterstützung bei der Mitarbeiterbetreuung sowie Bearbeitung und Koordination von Mitarbeiteranfragen
  • Unterstützung der Personalleitung bei der Umsetzung und Koordination von HR-Themen und -Projekten
  • Administrative Betreuung von Neueintritten und Onboarding-Prozessen
  • Pflege und Bearbeitung der Zeiterfassung sowie Klärung entsprechender Rückfragen
  • Unterstützung und Zuarbeit bei der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, einschließlich der Prüfung abrechnungsrelevanter Daten
  • Übernahme weiterer organisatorischer und personalwirtschaftlicher Aufgaben sowie Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation wie geprüfte/r Personalfachkauffrau/-mann.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR-Administration, Personalsachbearbeitung oder Personalmanagement
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kommunikationsorientierung
  • Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit vertraulichen und sensiblen Personaldaten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Personio, Datev oder vergleichbaren HR-Systemen
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick zu behalten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
