Gynea est un réseau de centres experts en santé de la femme. Dans un cadre de soins adapté aux besoins uniques des femmes, notre équipe médicale pluriprofessionnelle (gynécologues, sages-femmes, kinésithérapeutes, ostéopathes, diététiciennes et psychologues) accompagne les patientes aux grandes étapes de leur vie, de la puberté à la ménopause. En 2025, le réseau Gynea est implanté à Paris, Pantin et Clichy.

Au quotidien, 3 piliers guident notre pratique : La médecine collaborative Nous favorisons au quotidien la coordination étroite entre professionnels de santé grâce à l’organisation bimensuelle de staffs d’équipe et des comités de coordination trimestriels. La collaboration entre professionnels va aussi au-delà de nos murs ; notre réseau de correspondants et les partenariats mis en place avec l’hôpital (filières chirurgicales et unités d’accueil spécialisées) nous permettent de confier nos patientes en toute sérénité.

La médecine préventive À une pratique curative, nous associons des parcours de soins préventifs à l’instar de notre Parcours digital d’accompagnement à la grossesse et au post-partum. À travers nos contenus (ateliers, newsletters et articles sur le blog de Gynea), nous impulsons une approche participative de la santé.

La médecine d’innovation En quête d’excellence, nos centres sont dotés de matériel de pointe. Portés vers l’avenir, nous sommes fiers d’accueillir dans nos cliniques un pôle de recherche dédié aux soins primaires en santé de la femme, qui sont particulièrement sous-étudiés à ce jour. Nous accueillons également des doctorants, afin de faire se rencontrer le monde universitaire et le monde du soins, et enrichir les pratiques mutuelles.

Descriptif du poste

Dans le cadre du développement de nos parcours de soins en santé féminine, nous recherchons un.e endocrinologue spécialisé.e dans la prise en charge des troubles hormonaux chez la femme pour :

  • Assurer des consultations spécialisées en endocrinologie, notamment sur les thématiques du cycle menstruel, des troubles hormonaux, de la périnatalité, de la ménopause et des pathologies métaboliques.
  • Collaborer avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire (gynécologues, sages-femmes, psychologues, diététiciennes…) pour une prise en charge globale des patientes.
  • Apporter une expertise sur les liens entre hormones, fertilité, santé mentale

Critères de recrutement

Nous recherchons quelqu’un :

  • dont la pratique est centrée sur la santé de la femme (intérêt, expertise, formation)
  • qui souhaite rejoindre une équipe et un projet, plutôt qu’un cabinet
  • qui croit en la bientraitance médicale et soit à l’écoute des patientes
  • qui cherche à contribuer à des parcours de soins innovants, et apporte son expertise à une équipe pluriprofessionnelle
