About the Role

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic andhands-on Marketing Executives to join our marketing team. This role isideal for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, digitalmarketing, K-pop and working on campaigns and events. You will be involvedin the full marketing process, from planning campaigns and creating content tomanaging the app, engaging fan communities and supporting physical events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing

● Assist in developing and executingmonthly marketing campaigns according to the marketing calendar.

● Brainstorm and propose creativeideas for K-pop campaigns, giveaways, promotions and fan engagement activities.

● Assist in preparing campaignproposals, budgets, timelines and marketing materials.

● Support Meta, TikTok and otherdigital advertising campaigns, including creative testing, targeting andperformance monitoring.

● Monitor K-pop trends, artists andfan communities to identify new marketing opportunities.

● Create marketing materials usingCanva and other design tools when required.

2. Social Media

● Plan and create content forInstagram and TikTok, including Visuals, Videos and Stories.

● Maintain a consistent postingschedule and content calendar.

● Create platform-appropriatecontent, adapting creative styles for Instagram and TikTok.

● Monitor trending K-pop topics andsocial media trends to develop relevant content.

● Engage with followers and K-popfan communities across social media.

● Assist in growing social mediapresence and fan community.

3. App CMS

● Upload and maintain K-pop news,artist information, events, and other app content.

● Ensure all app content isaccurate, and timely.

● Monitor app content and identifyopportunities to improve user engagement.

4. Event Support

● Support the planning and executionof K-pop, entertainment and promotional events in Singapore when required.

● Assist with event preparationincluding booth setup, marketing materials, and promotional activities.

● Support on-site activities such asparticipants engagement, app downloads, and registrations.

Requirements

● Diploma/Degree in Marketing,Digital Marketing, Communications, Media or related fields.

● 1–3 years of marketing/socialmedia experience preferred.

● Hands-on experience managingsocial media accounts, including content planning, creation, scheduling andposting.

● Comfortable creating content forInstagram and TikTok.

● Familiar with Canva, Capcut orsimilar tools.

● Basic understanding of socialmedia metrics and digital marketing performance.

● Creative, proactive and willing totake ownership of tasks.

● Able to work independently as wellas in a team.

● Willing to support physicalevents, including weekends events when required (Off in lieu will be provided.)
