Unser Vermarktungsteam in Zürich ist auf die Erstvermietung von Neubauprojekten im Wohnbereich spezialisiert. Für jedes Mandat stellen wir das passende Team zusammen und setzen individuell entwickelte Vermarktungsstrategien konsequent um. Unsere Mitarbeitenden verbinden unternehmerisches Denken und fundierte Marktkenntnisse mit höchsten Ansprüchen an Beratung, Qualität und Kundenbetreuung.

Zur Verstärkung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung:

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Teams bei der Erstvermietung von Neubauprojekten
  • Bearbeitung von Interessentenanfragen sowie Unterstützung bei der Interessentenbetreuung
  • Organisation und Koordination von Besichtigungen und Besichtigungsterminen
  • Prüfung und Aufbereitung von Mietinteressentenunterlagen
  • Vorbereitung und administrative Abwicklung von Mietverträgen und weiteren Vermietungsunterlagen
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Online\-Inseraten sowie Aktualisierung der digitalen Vermarktungsplattformen
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Vermarktungsunterlagen, Objektinformationen, Auswertungen und Reports
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Vermarktungsmassnahmen
  • Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit laufenden Erstvermietungsmandaten

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer administrativen oder organisatorischen Funktion; Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche ist von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Immobilien und insbesondere an der Erstvermietung von Neubauprojekten
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Stilsichere schriftliche Ausdrucksweise und ein professionelles Auftreten
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse und Affinität zu digitalen Tools
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Freude daran, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit anzupacken
  • Sie haben Drive, Humor und bringen gute Energie ins Team
