Ontdek hieronder de uitdagingen en beloningen die gepaard gaan met deze rol bij H.Essers.Voor onze site in Wilrijk, zijn we op zoek naar een Officer Customs.JOUW UITDAGINGEN Als Officer Customs leer je de eerste stappen zetten in het behandelen van douanedossiers en coördineer je samen met ons team het internationale vervoer over de grenzen heen, zodat het transport vlekkeloos en kostenefficiënt verloopt. We bouwen samen je douanekennis op zodat je meehelpt aan het omzetten van onze logistieke en transportprocessen in succesverhalen. Hiervoor maak je de nodige douanedocumenten op.Wat doe je concreet?

  • In hoofdzaak zorg je voor de volledige afhandeling van gestandaardiseerde douanedossiers.
  • Dit betekent dat je enerzijds verantwoordelijk bent voor invoer, doorvoer als uitvoer van de douanedossiers.
  • Het opmaken van de douaneaangifte via het softwarepakket ‘Customs Streamliner’ behoort tevens tot jouw veelzijdige takenpakket.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met douane opdrachtgevers en operationele diensten.
  • Bachelor denkniveau
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent diplomatisch
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in transport
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels, dit zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
