Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll

Personaladministration: Du begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt, erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Zeugnisse und weitere Personaldokumente und sorgst für eine sorgfältige Datenpflege.Lohnwesen: Du bereitest die Monats\- und Stundenlohnabrechnungen vor, kontrollierst und verarbeitest sie und kümmerst Dich um Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuern und weitere lohnrelevante Meldungen.Mitarbeitenden Betreuung: Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden, organisierst und begleitest Personalgespräche und unterstützt Vorgesetzte in administrativen und personellen Fragen.Personalentwicklung: Du koordinierst Schulungen, Sprachkurse und Weiterbildungen und hilfst mit, unsere Mitarbeitenden gezielt zu fördern.Rekrutierung: Du verantwortest die Personalsuche, bearbeitest Bewerbungen, koordinierst Vorstellungsgespräche und organisierst Schnuppertage.Organisation: Du behältst Termine, Absenzen und Fristen im Auge und bringst Dich aktiv ein, wenn sich Abläufe vereinfachen oder verbessern lassen.

Das bringst Du mit

Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalwesen, idealerweise als HR\-Assistenz oder HR\-SachbearbeiterPraxiserfahrung in der Personaladministration und gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Lohnbuchhaltung und SozialversicherungenEinen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse von MS Dynamics und SwissSalary sind ein PlusSehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Gespür für MenschenWeitere gute Sprachkenntnis (I/SP) sind von VorteilDiskretion, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmenEine offene, unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit, die auch in lebhaften Situationen Ruhe und Humor bewahrtSicheres Auftreten und zielorientierte Gesprächsführung
